Tribal citizen taxes are due the 2nd Saturday of every April for members 16-64 years old. If you do not know your balance, send an email to member.inquiry@cit-ed.org and a team member will follow up with you. If you would like to pay this tax, select the quantity next to "Member Tax."

There is a one-time tax for children under the age of 16 whose application for membership has been approved.  At the age of 16, the citizen must start paying the annual member tax.  If you would like to pay this tax, select the quantity next to "Child Member One-time Fee."

Lost your membership card?  If you would like to pay for a replacement card, select the quantity next to "Replacement Member Card."

Make sure that you include your member number and full name in the details section of the form, i.e. - 1000 - John D Doe.  If you are paying for multiple members, make that you list the member number and full name of each member one per line, i.e. -

1000 - John D Doe

1001 - Jane D Doe
